Business Analyst - Learning Specialist

Your opportunity to join the Provincial DI Business Support Team and support all current and future DI applications. The position will also provide application training to users as well as contribute to classroom and e-learning curriculum, develop additional training material, provide training and hands-on exposure, as well as participate in go-live support and post go-live support as required. A DI Business Analyst - will assess clients' needs, understand learners’ requirements and the appropriateness of various learning formats and approaches, delivering or facilitating training and evaluate the effectiveness of the approaches.

As a Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard issues and requests, provide advice and direction to clients, and contribute to solutions by providing input into strategy, workflows and delivery for assigned projects and programs.

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Degree or Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology, Allied Health Technology with experience in information management and technology and/or Information Technology Degree or Diploma with experience in Diagnostic Imaging and/or healthcare. A certificate in a Healthcare related field may be considered.

3-5 years of Diagnostic Imaging and Informatics related experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
