About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Specialist, Digital Marketing is responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the products, services and brands of the Groupe Alesco’s business units. He/she is responsible for managing and optimizing the various search engines (SEM and SEO), developing and implementing strategies for lead generation (B2B and B2C), social media and all other digital marketing activities. The Specialist, Digital Marketing is also responsible for analyzing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make adjustments where necessary. Integrate and optimize campaigns and the customer/user experience using new technologies (AI, automation, personalization, analytics).

Responsibilities

The Specialist, Digital Marketing is responsible for, but not limited to :

  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with overall corporate goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, website design, email marketing, social media and other digital initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates and brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to monitor performance and marketing metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Explore and recommend new technology platforms and tools (CRM, automation, generative AI, chatbots, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing partners.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or related to the position.

What we are looking for
  • 5 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services, technology or fintech sector.
  • Degree in communications, marketing or digital media, information technology or other related field
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, processes and platforms
  • Extensive experience in managing and optimizing large-scale lead generation campaigns
  • Experience in managing and using Google Analytics as well as programming and running automated campaigns on MailChimp
  • Proven experience in setting up A-B tests, conversion optimization with registration flow
  • Mastery of the omnichannel customer experience and understanding of the importance of key performance indicators at all levels of the sales funnel
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Attention to detail and processes
  • Versatility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem solving
  • Great curiosity
  • Certification in marketing automation platforms an asset
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
