Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Insurance Now Business Analyst.

Required Skills:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements for Guidewire InsuranceNow projects. Conduct interviews workshops and analysis to understand business workflows and processes.
  • Identify gaps between current capabilities and business requirements documenting these as needed.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
  • Create use cases process flows and wireframes to support functional specifications.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date comprehensive and easily understandable for development and QA teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders development teams and project management to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Communicate complex requirements and technical details to non-technical stakeholders in a clear concise manner.
  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Guidewire InsuranceNow Customization and Configuration: Work with developers and configuration specialists to customize InsuranceNow modules (e.g. Policy Billing Claims) based on documented requirements.o Provide insights and guidance on the InsuranceNow platform s capabilities to ensure optimal configuration.o Review configuration updates ensuring they meet the defined requirements and align with best practices.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance Support:o Develop and review test cases with the QA team to validate that configurations and customizations meet business requirements.o Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by facilitating test execution and gathering feedback from end-users. Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues identified during testing ensuring the final solution is error-free.
  • Continuous Improvement and System Optimization:o Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Guidewire InsuranceNow platform suggesting optimizations where possible. Provide training and support to end-users on new features and configurations. Stay updated with Guidewire InsuranceNow latest features best practices and industry trends.
  • Project Support and Documentation:o Support project management with project documentation timelines and reporting. Provide clear and regular status updates to project managers keeping them informed of progress and potential roadblocks.o Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit training and support purposes.
