You will need to complete three (3) weeks of full-time paid training for this position.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

You will be a key player in helping our clients and positively influencing their daily lives. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company, becoming their trusted advisor.

During a typical day, your main tasks will include:
- Integrating new clients into the payroll service and selected complementary modules.
- Analyzing and confirming client needs, while ensuring follow-ups to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Conducting tests to ensure quality and comply with the current ISO process.
- Training clients on software usage and informing them about applicable legislation.
- Assisting clients in managing their first payrolls.
- Performing various administrative tasks: billing, portal access management, documentation, follow-ups, etc.
- Staying updated on developments and changes related to our solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

As a payroll solutions expert, you will assist our clients by phone and online.
- College diploma (DEC) in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the payroll field.
- Sharp customer service skills, along with analytical, synthesis, and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Training "Understanding Online Payroll Principles" from Collège Ahuntsic or accreditation from the National Payroll Institute (NPI) (an asset).
- Accounting knowledge for integration into the general ledger (an asset).
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
