The role of Technical Systems Analyst is pivotal to Grand & Toy's exciting journey of implementing a robust, enterprise-wide CRM platform, with Dynamics 365 CE at its core. With Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights already in place, this is the perfect time to join us as we continue to enhance and innovate.
To be successful, you must have experience with the Sales and Customer Service modules of Dynamics CRM (some experience with Outbound Marketing and/or Customer Insights Journeys is a plus) . You should be able investigate potential issues and identify solutions, whether that involves providing training, implementing system fixes, or suggesting enhancements. You will be involved in various Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives, including enhancing sales process flows, creating views, updating forms, testing new features, maintaining data integrity with the ERP, and supporting day-to-day operations by interacting with system users.
You'll be at the forefront of introducing new features, onboarding new user groups, integrating AI solutions, implementing Power Automate workflows, and more. Our IT team delivers solutions that drive our business forward. We are committed to success, and we want you to succeed with us.
As a Technical System Analyst with hands-on experience with D365 CRM, you'll collaborate with key business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the platform, so it delivers more business value. You will play a critical role configuring and developing Dynamics 365 as we expand its footprint. You'll facilitate meetings, discuss, document, and optimize business processes. Projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 also include integrations with other IT systems and our eCommerce platform. This role offers the chance to build relationships, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and advance your career beyond a purely technical role if you desire. You will:
- Understand the real problem statement and defining the underlying business requirements. Ask critical and constructive questions to understand the real business need. You are not an “order taker” that simply documents and accepts.
- Work closely with different business functions and IT teams to define business and technical requirements to enable delivery of IT solutions. You will have expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation.
- Demonstrate a solution seeking mindset. You are curious, willing to learn and to envision different options for solving problems.

Education Requirements: College or university degree. Certifications related to D365 will be an asset.
Work Experience:
A minimum of five years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience in some or all the following:

Working in a B2B or B2B e-commerce environment is an asset.

Location
Our head-office is in Vaughan, ON. We work from the office 3 days per week. Always Tues and Thurs. You must be legally allowed to work in Canada and live within commuting distance of our office.
