As a Bilingual First Call Care Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate schedule distribution
- Revise clinical staff and Clinical Managers’ schedules as needed
- Send requests for upcoming availability to all Service Providers for upcoming months
- Create and manage Immediate Support schedules
- Ensure completion of on-call scheduling for both English and French afterhours
- Create French FCC schedule on a bi-monthly basis
- Create and manage protocol documents, forms and procedural manuals
- Ensure administrative processes are adhered to within the FCC capacity
- Coordinate team meetings with Clinical Managers and other FCC operational meetings
- Support the Clinical Managers with projects, materials and presentations as needed
- Manage IT equipment requests and distribution
- Monitor training and progress
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Administration or equivalent
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is required as well as the ability to easily learn and adapt to new systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service delivery skills
English language skills are required as this role supports, communicates and/or collaborates with both French and English-speaking clients and/or colleagues nationally.
