First Call Care Coordinator (Bilingual French)

As a Bilingual First Call Care Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you’ll be doing: 

  • Coordinate schedule distribution
  • Revise clinical staff and Clinical Managers’ schedules as needed
  • Send requests for upcoming availability to all Service Providers for upcoming months
  • Create and manage Immediate Support schedules
  • Ensure completion of on-call scheduling for both English and French afterhours
  • Create French FCC schedule on a bi-monthly basis
  • Create and manage protocol documents, forms and procedural manuals
  • Ensure administrative processes are adhered to within the FCC capacity
  • Coordinate team meetings with Clinical Managers and other FCC operational meetings
  • Support the Clinical Managers with projects, materials and presentations as needed
  • Manage IT equipment requests and distribution
  • Monitor training and progress

What we’re looking for:   

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Administration or equivalent
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is required as well as the ability to easily learn and adapt to new systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional customer service delivery skills

English language skills are required as this role supports, communicates and/or collaborates with both French and English-speaking clients and/or colleagues nationally.
