About the Client
Impact Recruitment has partnered with an established marketing agency that has been in the business for the past 10 years! Currently, they are looking to add an accountant to their team, the ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000 to $65,000
• Extended health and dental
• 3 weeks’ vacation.
• Discretionary bonus

About the Position:
Reporting to the Accounting manager, the accountant will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Review and process over 100 AP and 70 AR invoices each month.
• Accurately review and code all invoices.
• Process weekly and monthly payments, ensuring all payments match bank records.
• Manage new vendor setups and address AP/AR inquiries promptly.
• Review and process employee expense reports.
• Handle AR collections, including reconciliations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project cost coding.
• Assist with year-end audits.
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Diploma or degree in accounting.
• 5 days in office role.
