Foreman Electrician

Unique opportunity to work as a Foreman for an award-winning Electrical Contractor that specializes in residential, commercial and industrial projects

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client has been working in the Vancouver market for over 25 years. They specialize in residential, commercial and industrial new construction and tenant improvement projects. Many of their projects are based in downtown Vancouver, with others within the Lower Mainland.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a great opportunity for an experienced or developing Foreman with a track record of completing projects within tight deadlines to gain experience working on a large-scale student housing project in Burnaby.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this position you will be overseeing 15-20 electricians including apprentices and journeymen and guide them on the scope of work. You will be expected to work on scheduling, ordering materials and liaising with the project manager on change orders and issues on site.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience overseeing large crews of 15-20 electricians.
• Proficient using MS Office
• 3+ years of Foreman experience
• Experience working on residential condo projects
• Red Seal Electrician ticket

COMPENSATION

• $50 - $55 per hour
• RRSP matching at 3%
• Health and Dental benefits
• 3 weeks vacation
