Real Estate Associate

They are now currently looking to add a talented and experienced commercial real estate associate to their busy practice group. Responsibilities

• The associate who joins the small team will have opportunities to learn and work closely with leaders in the industry
• The practice encompasses all core areas of real estate (commercial leasing, development, financing, and acquisitions)
• This position will provide a good blend of autonomy and collaboration as the associate will be given sole conduct over smaller files while working alongside the partner on the largest
• There will be opportunity to have a flexible working schedule

Qualifications

• Called to the Alberta Bar and be a member of good standing in the Law Society of Alberta
• 4+ years of post call experience, with an emphasis on commercial real estate law
• Comfortable with an annual billable target of 1600
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability, and possess a team player attitude
