Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed file reviews of multi-line claims to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement
• Compile and contribute to quarterly Claims Quality Audits, providing actionable recommendations to Regional Claims Operational Leaders
• Analyze the Claims Customer Experience and make recommendations to enhance overall satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Director of Quality Assurance and Claims Excellence to identify training needs based on multiple Training Needs Analysis inputs
• Design, develop, and deliver educational materials for virtual and traditional classroom training environments for new joiners
• Assist with vendor management, ensuring the quality and efficiency of external partnerships
• Provide insights and support for the continuous improvement of the claims operations within the region
• Apply analytical skills and attention to detail to identify trends and areas of opportunity for operational enhancement

Qualifications

• AMF License
• Commercial and Personal Lines claims experience of 10 years
• Mandatory French fluency with proficiency in English

Responsabilités

• Effectuer des examens détaillés des dossiers de réclamations multirisques pour garantir leur conformité aux normes de l’entreprise et identifier des axes d’amélioration
• Participer aux audits trimestriels de qualité des réclamations et fournir des recommandations concrètes aux leaders des opérations
• Analyser l’expérience client en matière de réclamations et proposer des améliorations pour renforcer la satisfaction
• Collaborer avec le Directeur de l’Assurance Qualité et de l’Excellence en Réclamations afin d’identifier les besoins en formation
• Concevoir, développer et dispenser du matériel éducatif pour des formations virtuelles et en présentiel destinées aux nouvelles recrues
• Assurer la gestion des fournisseurs et veiller à la qualité et à l’efficacité des partenariats externes
• Apporter des analyses et un soutien pour l’amélioration continue des opérations de réclamations dans la région
• Utiliser des compétences analytiques et une grande attention aux détails pour identifier les tendances et opportunités d’optimisation

Qualifications

• Licence de l’AMF
• Expérience de 10 ans en réclamations en lignes commerciales et personnelles
• Maîtrise du français obligatoire avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais
