Prepares and leads forecasting processes and staff development, from recruitment and retention through training and mentoring. Develops and manages long-term planning models, including projected income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. Adheres to established safety, privacy, and confidentiality terms.

As a GPO, you will be part of a high growth team that drives a best-in-class planning process that is globally standardized, efficient, and delivers meaningful insights for J&J. We co-create, connect & frame, and continually advance J&J’s connected planning process. You will become part of a global finance team and be the primary process owner across Supply Chain planning processes for our Innovative Medicine and MedTech businesses. A successful GPO will come to deeply understand the connected planning process and leverage those insights to influence & shape the future & culture of J&J Finance.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving Innovation:
- Implementing best-in-class planning processes and tools in support of the Innovative Medicine and MecTech businesses across all regions.
- Key partner in driving the continuous improvement and lessons learned processes for the Supply Chain planning processes such as Cost Not In Standard (CNIS), Deliver, and Inventory planning.
- Influencing & Shaping:
- Driving adoption of SigniFi Planning Principles and increasing the maturity of Anaplan baselines for planning cycles
- Becoming a trusted, go-to business partner for the key global and regional stakeholders that deeply understands the end-to-end planning process for all regions and functions
- Business Partnering:
- Leveraging key experience & insights with cross-regional and global organizations to drive efficiencies, standardization, & technological adoption
- Leading business partners through dynamic changes, collaborating across the organization to deliver enhanced reporting & analytical tools

Qualifications
- Required
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or related business
- 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or business experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a global, matrixed team environment
- Experience leading teams
- Ability to work independently, lead through ambiguity, and drive aligned outcomes
- Up to 15% travel
- Preferred
- MBA, CPA, CMA and/or other advanced degrees or financial certifications
- Previous finance transformation experience/exposure
- Experience with Anaplan or other digital skills like Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau
