- To rganize and supervise preventive maintenance programs so that they are executed according to the planned schedule;
- To ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and identify opportunities for improvement;
- To collaborate with production supervisors to coordinate activities according to operational needs and customer delivery;
- To develop and manage the department budget.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in conventional and numerically controlled machinery maintenance;
- Relevant experience in team management;
- Use of a computer-assisted active maintenance management system (CMMS);
