We are looking for someone who wants to learn how a team builds and executes an efficient Talent Strategy program and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work. You are tech-savvy, have a creative mindset with strong execution skills, and are always seeking new and better ways to improve practices and processes. You have the confidence and ability to work independently, and can communicate clearly. We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven team member who is eager to learn, grow and stretch their skills as part of a broader Talent Acquisition team.
Event Management and Administration
Manage logistics and administration for all campus related activations and events including career fairs, information sessions, student conferences and internal student events
Plan and execute event details including all materials, trackers, payments and other administrative details
Create and send out communications, manage enrollment and attendance, send and analyze surveys.
Manage campus swag process including working with vendors, maintaining inventory and shipping to events and other LCL locations
Program Administration and Tracking
Manage the Onboarding and Orientation program of students
Tracking and reporting metrics enterprise wide and for individual business units including maintaining and monitor student information tracking via Workday and Excel
Support Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed in managing full recruitment cycle across different business units
What You’ll Need:
Post-secondary education preferably in Human Resources and obtained (or working towards) HR Management Certification
1-2 years progressive HR or Talent Acquisition experience, coordinating departmental programs and initiatives and experience with campus recruitment is a definite asset
Solid computer skills required in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Experience with Workday is an asset
Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
Customer focused and able to nurture positive customer relationships
Highly organized and has a high degree of attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and superior ability to problem-solve
Exceptional commitment to customer service with strong sense of urgency
Highly motivated, self-starter, requiring little direction
Ability to travel as required to support career events
