Are you a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for social media? Join our recently formed enterprise Social Media Centre of Excellence (Social COE) as a Senior Manager and drive the social media success of our retail and brand channels. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role will lead our enterprise social media channels to develop a best-in-class portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the social presence of our retail banners and owned brand properties.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance engagement and growth across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and more

  • Manage Content: Oversee social calendars and publishing schedules leveraging Sprout Social. Work with the Content team to ensure cohesive and timely content delivery. Optimize and maintain company pages across all social media platforms to ensure consistency and up-to-date information. Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, compelling video titles, descriptions, and tags, to enhance visibility and discoverability, when applicable.

  • Local Social: oversee all social media tool kits and ad-hoc campaign support for retail store teams.

  • Analyze Performance: Use analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies. Provide actionable insights to drive engagement and conversions. Contribute analytics data for regular reports to content and brand marketing teams.

  • Lead and Collaborate: Guide your team, work with cross-functional pods (ex. media, brand marketing, community management), and maintain strong relationships with all platform vendor partners. Proactively research new social tools and services for continuous improvement.

  • User-Generated Content: Partner with Community Management team to curate user-generated content in line with our brand guidelines

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years in social media strategy and performance analysis, with proven success in managing teams and campaigns. Experience implementing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across all platforms.

  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, copywriting and a knack for creative problem-solving. Advanced experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social is a required.

  • Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading teams and driving business results through innovative social media strategies.

  • Work Environment: Inclusive culture and hybrid schedule (4 days in the office and 1 day working from home).

  • Demand generation and performance marketing experience is an asset.
