Magento-certified Full Stack web developer - remote

We are looking for a Magento-certified Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Mage Montreal. If you are passionate about web development and want to be part of a growing company, keep reading!

This position is 100% remote – but you must reside in the province of Quebec to qualify!

Responsibilities:

• Lead client calls to gather their technical and design requirements.
• Propose innovative solutions to address clients' needs.
• Build the ‘client-side’ of our web applications by translating company and client needs into functional and appealing interactive applications (FRONT END).
• Ensure system consistency and improve user experience for the server-side of our web applications (BACK END).

Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:

• Adobe Commerce Expert or Adobe Commerce Master certification (required).
• Experience with Magento Cloud projects and Magento 2.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, deployment).
• Experience with various web development languages (e.g., PHP, MySQL, GIT, KnockoutJs, ElasticSearch, Rest, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Fluency in English (required); French is a plus.
• Must reside in the province of Quebec (Canada).

BACK END:

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.

FRONT END:

• Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages.
• Maintain and improve websites.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed.
