Mage Montreal is looking for an experienced bilingual AGILE PROJECT MANAGER to utilize Agile best practices and methodologies to Magento Developers, lead implementations and enforce project governance for our clients.

Ultimately, you will engage in business development activities such as project/sprint estimation and delivery engagements with clients.

Responsibilities:

The position includes a combination of project management and customer account management tasks such as:

· Overall project lead and facilitator relative to solution design, planning, delivery and execution.

· Help the team prioritize the list of client requests, plan the work for the next day and week.

· Update and resolve product log. Removing roadblocks to developer work

· You will update the status of all customer support requests until each request is closed/delivered.

· Confirmation of the approval of deliveries with the customer.

· Keep track of the progress. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports to present to the VP of Operations.

· Request data/files/images/information from the client for the website project under construction with us, keeping all this data well organized.

· Prepare the agenda of meetings with the client and the work team.

· Attend meetings with the client, to help the designer or programmer stay organized in line with the client's needs, and follow up with the client, in order to update the project plan based on the discussion with the client.

· Updated the spreadsheet of purchased services.

· Brainstorming with the team, to come up with ideas on how we could help each of our clients more.

· Make a monthly or quarterly call to each client on how to best proceed with the project and the desired business objectives to reach

· Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

Requirements:

· Proven AGILE Product Owner/ Project Manager experience of at least 2 to 3 years

· Experience handling website or e-commerce projects

· Must have Agile Certifications, PMP or CPO (certified Product Owner) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master).

· Fluency in English & French language (verbal & written).

· Must have experience with Magento Cloud projects

· Experience with business analysis, documentation, requirements and data gathering

· Very Knowledgeable in Agile Methodology

· Able to manage large and diverse teams

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Capacity to manage high-stress situations

· Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

· Leadership skills

· Big Picture thinking and vision

· Good attention to detail, Conflict Resolution, and Problem Solving Skills

· Must be willing to work on EST timezone (9am to 5pm), on full-time basis (40hours/week)
