Bilingual New Business Coordinator, Large Case

We collaborate with independent financial advisors nationwide to offer innovative wealth management and financial protection solutions, including segregated funds, annuities, and a comprehensive range of life insurance and living benefits products.

Manulife is currently seeking a Case Coordinator for New Business in Individual Life Insurance. This key role involves proactively assisting our large groups, national accounts, and independent advisors, while ensuring effective liaison with internal services for processing new life insurance applications.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build personalized relationships with advisors in the assigned sales offices, serving as their go-to contact during new business processing.

  • Proactively follow up on all pending cases to ensure compliance with service standards.

  • Anticipate client needs and make calls, send emails, or New Business notifications to keep them informed about what matters to them.

  • Take responsibility for assigned cases, recognize urgent issues, and help resolve problems that may hinder the swift processing of cases.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between

$58,275.00 CAD - $97,125.00 CAD
