The Opportunity

Global Operations Risk and Control team supports the management of operational risk, including transaction processing, fraud, business continuity, and Third Party Risk, by embedding robust risk culture through talent, metrics, and data across the operations function globally

This position is a pivotal role within the newly established Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for spearheading the people side of change, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, and crafting and executing strategic communication plans. The individual in this role will be instrumental in driving and realizing business benefits and outcomes by providing expert change management guidance, consultancy, and innovative training and communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management:

  • Lead the planning and execution of change initiatives, collaborating with project teams to navigate and mitigate risks linked with change.

  • Provide influential change management leadership and consultancy to drive and achieve business benefits and outcomes.

  • Identify all stakeholders involved in third party risk management and develop customized change plans for each group, utilizing industry best practices.

  • Manage and influence cross-functional teams and resources to ensure effective employee engagement during periods of transition.

Training:

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.

  • Develop engaging training sessions and materials to elevate third party risk management knowledge within segments/functions.

  • Actively participate in business projects to ensure learning outcomes are understood for the training audience.

Communications:

  • Develop and implement tailored communication plans to effectively translate the transformation agenda into actionable change management solutions for impacted audiences.

  • Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to build strong relationships and ensure the effective communication of key messages.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development

  • Specific expertise and experience in developing and implementing learning and performance solutions with a geographically disbursed workforce, leveraging adult learning best approaches.

Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in utilizing technology to deliver training.

  • Enthusiastic individual with an aptitude for learning about third party risk management.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable addressing large and small audiences.

  • Experienced in delivering a variety of training solutions.

  • Ability to positively influence and negotiate, particularly with colleagues in remote locations.

  • Capacity to establish and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of employees and management.

  • Highly flexible and adaptable when managing change.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Toronto, Ontario

Salary range is expected to be between

$84,375.00 CAD - $151,875.00 CAD
