Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Excellence

The Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Excellence will play a pivotal role in driving positive change and innovative talent acquisition technology solutions. This role focuses on modernizing our approach within the talent acquisition function to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Optimization of TA Process and Tools: Advise and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy through the analysis, interpretation, and delivery of key projects related to technology enhancements and process improvements.

  • Talent Acquisition Experience: Implement creative solutions to provide our Talent Acquisition Team, Candidates, and Stakeholders with the best and most efficient talent acquisition experience, ensuring an optimal user experience for all.

  • Collaboration: Build partnerships across Human Resources (HR), IT, Advanced Analytics, Strategy, Finance, and other business areas.

  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify and deliver innovations and improvements (process, systems, tools, etc.) to enhance end-to-end experiences and increase efficiency in our day-to-day TA operations.

  • Training and Communication: Build training presentations and tools, assist with communications, and manage change to ensure successful adoption of new tools, technology, and process changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a global company.

  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting information/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems, data, business process optimization, and operations.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple clients simultaneously, work with remote teams, think creatively, manage time effectively, and take initiative to drive projects.

  • Flexibility to attend and participate in conference calls convenient for stakeholders in both North America and Asia.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in HR.

  • Experience with Workday and/or Phenom.

  • Human-centered design certification is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
