A career as an Associate Vice President, Strategy and Wealth Management Offer at National Bank means playing a central role in the design, development, and evolution of wealth management advisory services, including financial planning, estate planning, taxation, banking services, insurance, and investment.
Your Role
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of experts in:
- Fee-based investment programs (discretionary programs such as FBN baskets, unified monPATRIMOINE, and private funds).
- Business development and field coaching.
- Wealth management.
- Projects and process improvement, including the management of transversal projects.
- Develop and integrate the wealth management offer by collaborating with internal colleagues and partners to foster synergies.
- Design a competitive and profitable offering while optimizing fee structures.
- Supervise a field business development team that supports and trains advisors to deliver the wealth management services of tomorrow.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes by integrating innovative technological solutions.
- Represent the Bank’s interests with key external suppliers and in internal strategic committees.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in brokerage, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience
- Recognized expertise in matrix management and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills to executives
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, fee-based platforms, investment-related technologies, and the securities industry
- Strategic vision, ability to influence, and inspiring leadership
- Initiative and autonomy
- Ability to encourage innovation and mobilize teams
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
