Your job:
- Optimize our internal portfolio management tools
- Execute daily operations in line with our business rules and processes (deposits, withdrawals, cash management)
- Perform, under the direction of portfolio managers, securities buying and selling programs to align portfolios with their investment policies
- Ensure the production of reports and analyses to support daily portfolio management
- Communicate effectively regarding the evolution of portfolios with private wealth advisors
- Identify operational issues and make recommendations for resolution
Your team: Within the Strategy and Client Experience sector GP1859, you will be part of a team of 15 colleagues and report to the Senior Director and Portfolio Manager. Our team stands out for its expertise and experience with various investment products dedicated to high-net-worth clients. Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Canadian securities course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course, essential
- In-depth knowledge of VBA
- CFA Level 1 completed, an asset
- Good knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Analytical and synthesis skills, curiosity, creativity, autonomy, and initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
- Attention to detail and rigor
- Ability to provide quick and effective service to the relevant clients
