Description
Being a Business Development Director means creating strong business relationships with automotive and recreational vehicle dealers in your territory. It also involves developing and implementing action plans and business development strategies and working with dealers to increase our market share and enhance the presence of the National Bank in the territory.
** The assigned territory will be within the North Shore region of Montreal.
Your job:
- • Identifying emerging business opportunities in the market and making recommendations regarding these opportunities.
- • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with dealers and various other internal partners in all related business sectors.
- • Building a privileged relationship with clients and ensuring their satisfaction by offering personalized service.
- • Increasing the visibility of the Bank's products and services by participating in various external activities, industry trade shows, and related events, as applicable.
Your team:
Within the consumer financing services sector, you are part of a team of 11 colleagues and report to the Senior Director. You work with automotive and recreational vehicle dealers from the given territory. Our action-based learning training programs allow you to master your profession. Basic requirements:
- • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience, or any combination of degree and relevant experience for the role.
- • Experience and demonstrated success in B2B business development.
- • Experience in account management, business development, and customer service.
- • Experience in the indirect financing or leasing sector is an asset.
