The Navadian CHALLENGE:

  • Manage the inbox of the estimation department by receiving, assigning, and processing incoming emails according to established deadlines and procedures.

  • Open and track opportunity files in the internal computer system, ensuring accurate updates and effective communication of information to stakeholders.

  • Support the estimation team by ensuring that all information is correctly compiled and presented.

  • Receive and/or download documents related to ongoing opportunities and projects.

  • Produce various documents related to project execution (plans, engineering sketches, job site binders, legends, etc.).

  • Collect necessary information and complete declaration forms with various partners, managing each step of the process until receiving the compliance notice.

  • Participate in various administrative tasks related to construction projects as needed.


Your profile:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Ability to manage and coordinate projects at administrative level

  • Ability to gather and process data

  • Team spirit, essential for this role!
