\nRole & Responsibilities:
\nReporting & Documentation:\n\n
    \n\t
  • Develop comprehensive progress reports to track project milestones and performance.\n\t
    • \n
  • Prepare detailed earned value management (EVM) reports, highlighting variances and performance indices.\n\t
    • \n
  • Produce technical cost monitoring and forecasting reports, ensuring accurate financial tracking.\n
    • \n
\nScheduling:\n\n
    \n\t
  • Create and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and ensuring on-time delivery.\n\t
    • \n
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to address scheduling conflicts and provide updated timelines.\n
    • \n
\nCost Management:\n\n
    \n\t
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts.\n\t
    • \n
  • Analyze cost trends and variances, proposing corrective actions as needed.\n
    • \n
\nRisk Analysis:\n\n
    \n\t
  • Perform risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and proposing mitigation strategies.\n\t
    • \n
  • Maintain a risk register and update stakeholders regularly on potential impacts.\n\t
    • \n
  • Coordinate and collect data with respect to any risks identified by internal teams or within project Risk Registers.\n
    • \n
\nEstimating:\n\n
    \n\t
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for project activities and resources.\n\t
    • \n
  • Ensure that estimates are accurate and consistent with industry standards.\n
    • \n
\nStakeholder Management:\n\n
    \n\t
  • Collaborate and coordinate with all project teams to collect relevant data required for the Monthly reports or any specialist reports as directed by the client.\xa0\n

\n
\nQualifications / Requirements:\n\n
    \n\t
  • \nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.\n\t
    • \n
  • \nExperience: \n\t
      \n\t\t
    \n
    • \n
  • 3-5 years of experience in project controls, reporting, or a related field.\n\t\t
    • \n
  • Proven track record in supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.\n\t
    • \n
\n\t\n\t
  • \nTechnical Skills: \n\t
      \n\t\t
    \n
  • Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.\n\t\t
  • Strong understanding of earned value management (EVM) principles.\n\t\t
  • Skilled in developing technical reports and documentation.\n\t\n\t\n\t
  • \nCertifications: PMP, CCP, or other relevant certifications preferred.\n\n

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\t

    • Excellent communication skills, particularly in technical writing and reporting.\n\t
