Job Description

What will you do?

  • Perform external research and benchmarking activities to identify patterns, new insights and ideas to better understand factors that influence inclusion and access to opportunities in our global footprint
  • Analyze, synthetize and report on internal and external data including but not limited to employee sentiment data, workforce data, external public disclosures, data from rating agencies and others to generate briefings, reports and presentations that will contribute to informing our activities and actions
  • Provide project coordination support including keeping tasks on track, keeping cross-functional partners appropriately engaged and informed, and actively resolving issues
  • Support data maintenance activities
  • Provide assistance to members of our team and to our internal partners with data and insights requests, as required

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Working toward a Bachelor or Masters degree in a variety of Academic programs including but not limited to Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Industrial Relations, Management or a related program;
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities coupled with strong numeracy and data analysis skills;
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail and very high level of accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines;
  • Ability to think critically and creatively about human problems;

Nice-to-have

  • Demonstrated experience using data to influence strategy within an organization;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products including Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with Diversity and Inclusion trends and issues
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting and other external disclosures

Please note:

In order tobe eligible for these student positions, you must either:

  • Bereturning backto school after the work term end-date; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e.are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
