What is the opportunity?

RBC Dominion Securities is currently seeking a Transition Assistant to join a growing and exceptional team. You will provide administrative support and coordination activities for new advisory teams joining the firm across BC.

What will you do?

  • Process account openings, including preparing the documentation and obtaining client signatures

  • Track all aspects of account opening process

  • Complete daily requests and reports as required

  • Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts

  • Utilize contact management system for everyday task management

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and French

  • Autonomous, committed, and motivated spirit

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel to various branches across Canada

  • Experience in the securities industry or financial services sector

Nice-to-have

  • Completion of or working towards Industry Certifications

  • Leadership Experience
