Location: Toronto hybrid (4d/wk in office)


Our Real Estate client is in need of a Int. Project Coordinator to support IT Infrastructure and System initiatives


Must Haves:

  • 4+ years experience as a Project Coordinator supporting infrastructure and system initiatives
  • Vendor Management, create project artifacts, manage project budgets
  • 4+ years experience with waterfall methodology
  • 4+ years experience with Microsoft Excel


Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience in the Real Estate domain
  • PMP or equivalent certification


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage projects to successful completion that have 2-6 resources and budgets from 50-500k and sometimes vendor involvement. Possess the ability to take control of a project and move it forward and lead your team towards the end goal on your own
  • Experienced with managing vendors on projects to ensure completion of deliverables that we agree upon in the contracts
  • Know how to build a schedule with milestones and be able to execute on the coordination of the resources to ensure tasks are completed on time and in sequence. Following up with resources where necessary
  • Build implementation plans with escalation and roll back procedures
  • Need to be quick thinking in making decisions and judgement calls on issues that arise during implementations.
  • Create agendas and need to take and distribute meeting minutes effectively (critical decisions, action items, follow ups)
  • Able to interact with all types of different resource personalities, be able to get the best out of them by supporting them with their project tasks
  • Creation of project artifacts and maintain those artifacts for gate approvals and general updates for the stakeholders
  • Must be a good communicator written and oral. Provide documented biweekly updates and present your updates to a large audience of Senior Management and Project leaders
  • Need to be able to follow our procurement processes to formalize agreements and execute purchases for your project.
  • Forecast, monitor and manage your project budget to ensure spending is within the expectations of the project owner
  • Close out projects via conducting lessons learned and following proper closeout procedures and documentation
