Description

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of project implementation, from initial request intake to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal processes.
• Provide technical expertise in OSP or Structured Cabling projects, including the review and clarification of drawings and specifications, and the development of accurate scopes and estimates.
• Oversee and manage contractors to ensure the timely completion of approved projects, adhering to client-imposed schedules and deadlines.
• Manage material purchasing and arrival in a just-in-time environment
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues, discrepancies in requirements, and scope changes.
• Manage client expectations through regular updates, meetings, and reports on project progress, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Manage invoicing and revenue recognition, ensuring that all costs align with the budget and project scope.

Must Have:

• 3+ years years in project management, experience in construction or structured cabling is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

Nice to Have:

• Bilingualism (French) is a very strong asset
• Cabling experience and/or outside plant experience is a strong asset
• PMP designation is an asset
• BICSI credentials such as RCDD, OSP or RTPM are an asse
