Our client is seeking an Microsoft Licensing Administrator too apply, review and optimize O365 license management for a global organization

100% Remote must be wiling to work MST - 6 month contract

Must have:

• Experience with License management and optimization for Office 365
• Hands on experience applying license assignments with any of the following technologies:
• M365 F3, E5, Visio, Project, Teams Room, Teams Premium, Visio, Windows 365(W365), and other relevant licenses.
• Experience applying O365 licensing from cloud and on prem AD via Entra ID connect (formerly Azure AD)
• Strong understanding of Office 365 SKUs and licensing models
• Efficient with PowerShell scripting

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation workflows using Power Automate
• Experience with Power BI dashboarding
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog

What you will be doing:

• Review existing license assignments, optimizing licenses by changing the license SKU, or removing them when not required
• Review existing Office 365 license assignments and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Optimize the licenses by either changing the license SKU or removing unused licenses.
• Build and implement a process for ongoing license optimization and maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure efficient license management and compliance.
• Provide regular reports and updates on license optimization activities and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with Office 365 licensing changes and best practices.
