Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer to develop and design a customized MS Dynamics 365 platform.

Our valued health-care client is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer for a permanent position in Ottawa, ON.

This role will require adherence to a hybrid model requiring occasional on-site visits to the client’s main office location (downtown Ottawa). Candidates located anywhere within Ontario and Quebec will be considered.

As the successful candidate you will join one of Ottawa’s most meaningful health-care organizations to help develop and design their customized MS Dynamics 365 platform.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality software solutions ensuring the implementation of best practices based on MS Dynamics standards and supported configuration/ customizations.
• Ensure completeness in meeting business requirements and taking accountability for project deliverables including solution design, performance, reliability, testing features etc.
• Design solutions using maximum OOB features and providing technical design and/or developing/customizing solution approach for identified gaps.
• Contribute to activities such as demos and proof of concept solutions for interested parties.
• Support data migration activities and platform upgrade activities.
• Identify risks and provide suggestions to mitigate them.
• Support the development team such as mentoring, defining, solutioning and configuring industry specific solutions.

Must-have skills:

• Proven experience as an MS Dynamics Developer (or similar role) with technical Dynamics expertise including product knowledge, system administration, security models, configuration and customization, interfacing, data migration, and end-to-end module implementation.
• Experience with the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 CRM
• Proficiency as a developer with XRM development and C# for custom development within Dynamics

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc)
• Experience with DataVerse solutions including model-drive apps, Power Automate flows, etc
• Experience with MS Azure for cloud-based implementations.
• Advanced ability to script and automate using PowerShell
• Experience with MS Entra and Azure AD B2C or identify and access management solutions.
