Senior Network Architect - Team Lead required to support/manage SDWan and WiFi environments.

Client's current Senior network architect wants to move to a strictly technical role. They need our help to find a Senior network architect who is capable to lead the technical team (not a manager but a technical team leader). They need to have significant expertise managing a SDWan network and WiFi. Need someone with complex (not necessarily big) company experience. Client has 180 locations, several warehouses (key experience) and manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Expertise in designing and implementing complex network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based networks
• Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies
• Skills in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance to ensure high availability and reliability
• Proficiency in implementing and managing network security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
• Ability to lead and manage network projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
• Experience managing Cisco routers & switches (Nexus, Catalyst, etc) and network platforms including ISE, Umbrella, AnyConnect, SmartNET, etc
• Experience planning, building and implementing a SD WAN architecture
• Experience managing VMWare VeloCloud, Meraki Wireless, F5 load balancers would be a bonus
• Advanced knowledge and experience designing, implementing and maintaining WIFI networks
