Our client is seeking SR Project Manager with OUCCS experience to support a Meter to Cash program.

Location: Edmonton Office

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years of relevant project management or program management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex SDLC projects/programs.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification
• Strong understanding of governance and compliance processes.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), or other utility billing systems.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications workstreams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies like Gantt charts, Jira, MS Project, etc.
• Experience in the utilities sector, particularly within Meter to Cash or tariff billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Reporting and Conversion Workstream within the Meter to Cash Program, ensuring successful delivery of project outcomes, meeting requirements, schedule, and budget.
• Provide project management services in compliance with established delivery standards and best practices as defined by the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Assist in preparing Reporting and Conversion deliverables such as reports, presentations, and executive-level documentation for the Executive Steering Committee.
• Maintain and update Issues, Risks, Decisions, and Change logs for the Reporting and Conversion workstream.
• Collaborate with the Tariff Billing Project implementation team and work with various project resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure the Reporting and Conversion team adheres to established governance processes and guidelines.
• Review and approve all major Reporting and Conversion deliverables.
• Work closely with business leads to ensure desired business outcomes are understood and achieved within the Reporting and Conversion workstreams.
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications leads in executing change management and communications plans.
• Monitor scope for compliance and ensure successful completion of deliverables and milestones.
• Facilitate issue resolution discussions with stakeholders and vendors to address project challenges.
• Contribute to a fully integrated Program Schedule (One Gantt) and provide frequent status updates on deliverables and activities.
• Provide leadership and support to the Program Leadership team in delivering and executing the overall program.
• Participate in the Change Review Board and Design Authority as a key decision-maker.
• Provide guidance to other PMO roles and team members across the program.
• Enforce and support the program’s governance throughout the project lifecycle.
