Description
Duration: 6months to start (high chance of extension)
Location: Hybrid - 2x/week in Downtown Toronto
Summary of Role:
Focusing on communication, employee engagement, training, and stakeholder alignment, the Change Management Specialist plays a crucial role in the successful adoption of the Transition Program, including effective execution of change management strategy/plans to engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
This position:
· involves building stakeholder buy-in and fostering a culture of change readiness throughout the organization, paving the way for a smooth transition during the change journey; and
· requires extensive real-world change management experience in large-scale change initiatives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Must Haves:
- 8+ years’ experience in change management, preferably in large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their impact on business operations and culture
- 8+ years’ experience working on projects related to digital transformation change management.
Nice to Haves:
- PROSCI or Lean Change Management certification
