Sr. HR Systems Analyst to develop and deploy sustainable Workday configuration solutions for our insurance client - 5318
Job Title: Analyst, HR Systems Management
Duration: 1 year (possibility of extension)
Location: Remote - EST hours
The Human Resources Digital Solutions team is responsible for designing and deploying scalable technical solutions in Workday to better organize, understand, and proactively deploy our current and future workforce needs. This team is diverse in education, experience, and prides themselves on their passion, innovative mindsets, and collaborative work culture, while using modern agile principles. Under the leadership of the Manager, HR Systems Management, you will have a safe space to experiment, take calculated risks, and build on your colleague’s strengths and expertise to achieve milestones.
Must haves:
- 5+ years exp in Workday configuration
- hands on experience with the Workday Recruiting module in a Global organization with understanding and specific knowledge of Offer Letters, Recruiting Business Processes and complex condition rules.
- Knowledge of Workday Security and Reporting including domain set up, dashboards and advanced reporting specific to Recruiting.
- Track record of constant upskilling, learning innovative technologies and methodologies.
- Experience supporting HR-related tasks, processes, and services
Nice to haves:
- Banking/FI experience
- knowledge of agile practices
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with like-minded team members to develop and deploy sustainable Workday configuration solutions in a mature and complex Workday ecosystem.
- Clearly define and refine technical requirements and ensure focus is on high value and high impact work.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose innovative solutions to optimize the HR processes, drive automation, and improve user experience in the Talent Management and Talent Development spaces.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, including process workflows, system configurations, and standard operating procedures, to ensure knowledge sharing and facilitate system maintenance and upgrades.
- Ensure the accuracy, organization, and maintenance of tickets in our ticketing system (JIRA).
- Develop a deep understanding and actively participate in the Workday Community platform by joining relevant groups, forums, and discussions to stay up to date on the latest enhancements and best practices.
