We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration in the real estate industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments within the organization, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. Need be fully bilingual and able to translate documents in English and French.

Position is 4 days a week from 9 to 5.

Duties:

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide administrative support such as preparation of documents and letters in both English and French

- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide exceptional service

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requested skills

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both French and English

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
