Benefits


We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented flatbed and van, dry van driver to make local and occasional regional deliveries. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Your main responsibility will be to deliver our orders, you will also participate in the loading and unloading process of the trucks. We ask for a minimum of one year of experience and a good driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and undamaged.
  • Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
  • Inform managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues.
  • Maintain detailed driving and delivery records.
  • Transporting palletized goods and packages from a place of origin to a given destination.
  • Ensure contents are properly secured inside the vehicle to prevent breakage or damage.
  • Obtain signatures and/or warehouse scans to confirm and complete deliveries with customers.
  • Assist warehouse staff and customers with loading and unloading processes.
  • Have a basic knowledge of our products.
  • Confirm that the contents of each load match the manifest document.
  • Perform any other tasks requested.

Requirements:

  • Hold a high school diploma (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar position required (1 to 3 years)
  • Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years of age or older.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Possess a valid Class 1 driver's license and a good driving record.
