Int Network Analyst to provide operational support for troubleshooting and fixing network issues (Firewall, Load balance, Switching) for our large financial client - 52705

Duration: 1 year with chance of extension

Work Location - Mississauga Hybrid- 2 to 3 days onsite (could change)

Schedule: Mon to Fri 9 to 5 pm. Some flexible for business needs

Rotation Schedule:

****On call rotation (7 people in rotation) Once every 6 weeks.****

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring Network Performance and Capacity, analyzing and projecting current and future growth needs for the WAN, LAN and Firewalls - within a high QoS enabled environment.
• Position requires analysis of data to ensure that the current Network infrastructure is being utilized optimally, recommend, track and report changes on an ongoing basis.
• Alignment to operation support capabilities (not project deployment). Need operation support experience.

MUST HAVE:

1.) Expert in network troubleshooting/ advance complex network

2.) Deep and wide on different network platform (load balance, wireless, firewalls, switching)

3.) Ability to network traces and find route cause using tools like Wireshark

4) CCNA or CCNP

NICE TO HAVE

1.) Process knowledge, ITL Certification.

2.) Large banking/ FI exp.

Degree/Certifications Required: CCNP or CCIE preferred
