Our client is seeking an Intermediate Change Management (Prosci certified) Strategist to support the implementation of nCino in the Finance Sector.


Must Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Change Management
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
  • Experience in managing change within financial services or enterprise software implementations.
  • Proven experience with stakeholder management, influencing, and executing complex change management plans.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce and nCino implementations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to relate to non-corporate leaders.


Description:

The client is looking for a Change Management Strategist to support their enterprise lending program, which involves the implementation of nCino as the new lending and origination tool. The program includes standardizing lending processes and policies, data governance, and system and process changes across various teams. The role will involve creating and executing change strategies, stakeholder management, and supporting leadership through the change process.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute direct-to-consumer and team member change strategies.
  • Identify major areas of impact and change risks; design stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Ensure sponsor preparation, develop team member readiness tactics, and establish change metrics.
  • Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure effective communication tactics.
  • Translate business goals into behavioral changes within change strategies.
  • Leverage the enterprise change framework to create impact assessments and change strategies.
  • Support leadership in navigating change and ensuring stakeholder readiness.
  • Stay updated on best practices in execution strategies and behavior change.
  • Prepare stakeholders on readiness strategies and support sponsorship plans.
  • Develop a transition plan for business ownership with key stakeholders.
