Job description:

We are seeking an individual with exceptional expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) to join our world-class team at Capgemini Canada. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead onshore delivery and manage a diverse team of technical professionals. As the Salesforce (Sales Cloud) Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless execution and successful implementation of Salesforce projects. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to demonstrate their leadership skills and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

Location : Anywhere in Canada 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the onshore technical lead, providing guidance and support to the technical project team members in both onshore and offshore locations.
  • Allocate resources and prioritize work to ensure timely delivery according to agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with developers to identify effective technical solutions and proven approaches.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in successfully managing Salesforce projects, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong systems design experience, including the ability to design and explain complex systems interactions, data flows, interfaces, APIs, and other methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients.
  • Extensive experience in "Sales Cloud" is required.
  • Proficient in the Telco Domain.
  • Proven experience in APEX and LWC, including writing SOQL queries and optimization, flows, configuration and admin.
  • Sound knowledge of data access and sharing rules (security model).
  • Familiarity with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Git and Deployment (SFDX).
  • Certifications preferred: PD1, PD2.
  • Experience in Omni Studio (Omniscripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures) is required.
  • Experience in Communications cloud is required.
  • Knowledge in Vlocity (SFI) CPQ is required.
