Service Delivery Manager - Sales & Delivery Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales and Delivery Manager is responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of complex Insight & Data (I&D) engagements, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and on participating in sales and business development initiatives. This role involves leading projects, managing client engagements, participating in business development opportunities and supporting sales pursuits while aiming to achieve strategic business outcomes. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee complex projects, managing multiple workstreams to achieve desired business results.  engagements.
  • Hands-on management of technical projects involving I&D technologies such as big data, BI reporting, Power BI, AI Solutions, data management, Azure or AWS cloud platforms, and SAP/S4 HANA.
  • Translate complex business requirements into formal agreements, leading the initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of client solutions.
  • Present strategic guidance and roadmaps to C-level and Executive clients within Digital Strategy.
  • Create unique and innovative structures and ideas for broad-based industries to improve and create cutting-edge technological frameworks.
  • Support and Manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts, developing and delivering formal presentations to senior clients in both delivery and sales situations.
  • Maintain budgets, oversee contracted services, and ensure all service level agreements and KPIs are met in a collaborative environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager managing complex projects with multiple workstreams.
  • Hands-on management experience of technical projects involving Data and Analytics technologies.
  • Experience supporting and managing business development initiatives such as RFPs, Proposals, Demo Presentations, etc.
  • Experience managing business development activities and building client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage teams while managing highly demanding client and sales opportunity deadlines, deliverables and budgets.
