We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking full-time, contract IT Specialist (Research) to play a key role in planning, implementing, and supporting the IT infrastructure of our new state-of-the-art research building. This position will focus on ensuring robust network systems, future-proof infrastructure, and seamless IT operations for research teams and stakeholders. Additionally, the Research IT Specialist will deliver end-user computing support, empowering researchers and staff with the tools and systems they need for success. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advancing research through technology.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Specialist will also be expected to support project delivery by providing subject matter expertise and playing a coordination role for various tasks, as requested and under the oversight of a project manager.
