What will your typical day look like?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Workforce Management team. This role is pivotal in helping our clients navigate the complexities of WFM & Timekeeping transformation, leveraging innovative strategies and technologies to drive organizational change and improve scheduling & payroll service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage WFM transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement WFM strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess current WFM processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future-state WFM operating models.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to inform WFM strategy and decision-making.
  • Provide thought leadership on WFM trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on WFM transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR or WFM consulting, WFM transformation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex WFM transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of WFM processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • In-depth understanding of the latest WFM technologies and a keen interest or experience in artificial intelligence (AI) applications within WFM.
Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
