Your Profile

  • BAC in Human Resources, Management or relevant field.
  • Significant experience in strategic recruitment management, ideally in a growing context.
  • Ability to identify and select high-level talent.
  • Leadership and ability to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Mastery of modern applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
