Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to support Manulife's digital product strategy and enablement for Group Benefits, furthering our healthcare and digital transformation ambitions. As the Manager, Member Strategy and Enablement, you will assess and prioritize digital health initiatives, support platform enablement, and play a key role in strategic planning. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to offer innovative digital solutions and improve member experiences. Position Responsibilities

  • Own market intelligence and competitive analysis for the digital product landscape.

  • Generate clear and actionable strategic insights on industry, competitor, and macroeconomic trends, highlighting key areas of focus.

  • Drive external client-facing engagement and training strategies on digital product solutions for both existing and new business.

  • Execute the sales/distribution training roadmap, ensuring alignment of key messages with internal stakeholders to support strong uptake of the platform and new features.

  • Create mechanisms for feedback to continuously refine training and engagement approaches with distribution as well as feed into the digital product roadmap.

  • Support strategic planning and provide business updates required for the member experience and growth team.

  • Prepare and facilitate key internal and external governance meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of combined experience across management consulting, MedTech, HealthTech, Payer, or Provider organizations.

  • MBA or other business-oriented education.

  • Proven experience leading complex projects and/or programs end-to-end.

  • Previous experience leading market research or competitive intelligence, preferably in the insurance, health, or tech industries.

  • Ability to generate high-quality presentations and artefacts for diverse internal and external audiences, including senior executives.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex technical issues into fundamental concepts for senior and diverse audiences.

  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking ability, including performing data analyses and generating second-order insights.

  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster effective working relationships with segment and business unit leaders and external stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

Salary range is expected to be between

$84,375.00 CAD - $151,875.00 CAD
