Senior Manager, S2P Operations

The Senior Manager, S2P (Source-to-Pay) Operations, will lead and handle the end-to-end S2P processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company policies. This position entails hands-on work in advancing the S2P processes. The Senior Manager will own the S2P processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with various departments to optimize procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Process Improvement Opportunities: Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing S2P processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.

  • Develop Improvement Strategies: Formulate and recommend actionable strategies and solutions to streamline S2P processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

  • Implement S2P Process Changes: Actively engage in the implementation of approved process improvements, working closely with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.

  • Monitor and Evaluate Outcomes: Track the performance of implemented changes to assess their effectiveness, making further adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, across Procurement, Treasury, Finance, IT, and other departments , to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all process improvement activities, including detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and outcomes.

  • Training and Support: Partner with Procurement Engagement and Change Lead to provide training and support to the S2P team and other users of the Ivalua platform, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively.

  • Ivalua Implementation and Management: Partner with Platform Management team for any implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Ivalua platform to ensure it meets business needs and drives value.

  • First Line of Contact for S2P processes:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with process-related questions and concerns.

    • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring clarity and understanding.

    • Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proactive: Takes initiative and is self-motivated to identify and pursue process improvement opportunities.

  • Detail-Oriented: Pays close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

  • Results-Driven: Focused on achieving measurable improvements and delivering tangible results.

  • Adaptable: Flexible and capable of adapting to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Innovative: Thinks creatively to develop novel solutions to complex problems.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio), data analysis techniques, MS office suite of products (Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint)

  • Relevant accreditation (e.g: Prosci, Six Sigma) preferred.

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
