Job Description: Bilingual (English and French) Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and partners) to identify and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations.

• Translate customer feedback and business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement.

Client Engagement & Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for bilingual (English and French) client engagements, ensuring clear and effective communication across all stages of project delivery.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with clients to gather insights and validate requirements.

• Provide bilingual documentation, presentations, and support to clients and stakeholders.

Solution Design & Delivery:

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.

• Support the development and testing of solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and business needs.

• Assist in designing workflows, wireframes, and prototypes to align business needs with technical feasibility.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze customer and platform data to identify trends, drive insights, and recommend actionable improvements.

• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate performance metrics and project progress.

• Support decision-making by presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases and ensure solutions are thoroughly tested before deployment.

• Validate delivered solutions against requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align product capabilities with market needs and customer expectations.

• Advocate for clients by prioritizing features and improvements that add value to their experience.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS, FinTech, or B2B2C environment.

• Proven experience working on projects related to digital document management, client portals, or similar platforms is a strong asset.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and managing product backlogs.

Skills & Knowledge:

Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as process mapping, wireframing, and requirements gathering.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, and integration strategies is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
