Description
Our Client is seeking a Capital Markets Director to lead Loan Platform Modernization program and technology delivery. The successful person will lead the technology development initiatives required to maintain and enhance the IT Systems required to support the Global Loans Administration and Agency groups of Capital Markets.
Must have:
· 7+ years of banking industry experience with product experience within Corporate/Commercial Lending domain.
- Strong background in Capital Markets, with extensive background/history as a Software Engineer/Architect
· Experience leading cross functional teams (of 5+) in delivering a multiyear transformational program.
· Extensive experience designing and building mission critical software applications.
· Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals with a demonstrated ability to develop software components.
Nice-to-have:
· Proven people management skills.
· Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business.
· Technology delivery background.
