Our client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to support change management and strategic projects to drive organizational change.

Location: Burlington (2-3 days/week onsite)

Duration: 9 Months to Start

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address any potential impacts of change during project implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements, analyze processes, and ensure smooth transitions by aligning solutions with business goals.
  • Gather detailed business requirements, conducting thorough process mapping, and performing change impact analysis to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Validate the gains from projects, analyze and quantify the impact of change, and develop essential documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and business cases to guide project success.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to gather technology requirements, assess the feasibility of solutions, and measure the return on investment (ROI) for technology investments.

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in SQL queries and Excel for data analysis
  • Experience conducting Change Impact Analysis and Process Mapping
  • Experience with ROI Measurement to measure the impact of change initiatives
