Our large banking client is looking for a Intermediate Digital Project Manager to manage and plan a Private Wealth digital channel. (85748-1)

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid model - in office once a week // Wednesday is core day In office. Potential for more onsite days in the future.
Office Location: 81 Bay 12th Floor
Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday
Job Description: As Sr. Digital Program Manager, you will be responsible for the management and planning of CIBC Private Wealth’s digital channels and client journeys (Advisor Websites and digital marketing). Leading the project management of the advisor websites migration to a new platform. Working closely with vendors, stakeholders, partners and digital teams, this role will focus on team alignment to help improve the CIBC Private Wealth’s digital ecosystem, innovating both the client and advisor experience. The successful candidate must have a strong background in wealth management and demonstrate keen strategic thinking, strong digital marketing and project management skills and leadership/team work skills required to support complex programs.
How You'll Succeed
- Client Focus - With a strong understanding of the wealth management high-new-worth client segment, this candidate must ensure an optimal client experience that both supports the client and helps facilitate a strong client/advisor relationships.
- Project Management - Own / drive / and lead teams through complex website migrations (~1,100 websites) while ensuring the program meets timing an budget.
- Planning & Implementation - Working closely with internal partners and vendors to define/refine requirements and lead migrating the websites, compliance workflow, training, communications and QA of this program.
- Collaboration and Improvement - Foster a one team and purpose driven culture. Invest in building cross-functional relationships and getting vendors, team members and enterprise partners invested in the success of a shared goal. Regularly participate & encourage continuous improvement of how the team works and collaborates.
- Relationship Building - Be the face of the programs and communicate with Senior Management and Executives to keep them informed or seek guidance when required. Work in close collaboration with the cross-functional team, infrastructure partners, product vendors, and manage vendor relationships.
- Technologically Proficient- You have strong background within digital and technology and can work closely with both business and technology partners to define and execute a leading digital strategy.
Must Have Requirement:
- Project Management experience - 5 years
- Strong documentation skills
- Technical background in digital - 2 years
- Experience with high-net-worth clients/investors - 2 years
- Wealth Management experience - 2 years
- Experience in managing multiple teams (great collaboration skills)
Nice to Have:
- Website migration experience
- Banking experience
