Description
Our financial client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a medium to large-sized banking project.
Duration - 6 months plus extension
Work Mode - Hybrid, 2 days on site downtown Toronto
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute business analysis activities throughout the project delivery life cycle.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop User Stories, Process Flows, and other required artifacts to support project execution.
- Collaborate with technology teams on microservices-based banking solutions.
- Ensure alignment with SDLC best practices and North American banking products and services.
- Support project management teams with impact analysis and risk assessment.
Must Haves:
- 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking and finance domain.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, and banking products & services.
- Proven ability to deliver artifacts such as User Stories, Process Flows, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Experience with microservices architecture, Teller Management Systems, and Deposit Systems.
